We’ve spent the last 18 months keeping our international talent community engaged. A recent WorkHere survey showed that 99% of respondents were still keen to move to our shores.
Time is key though, as their skills are very much needed globally, and NZ is competing with other countries that are also very attractive (opportunities, salaries, accessibility many factors in play). The shift is the war for talent is not company versus company, but country versus country.
